How do you a fix leak that leaks where the rubber hoses clamp to the metal pieces?

This happened in my power steering hoses are leaking where the clamp clamps itself to the metal lines on low pressure side.

the hose is cracked. all the clamps in the world won't stop it leaking. you need a new hose.
