Plastic Model car makers ... its not the paint job on the plastic! help?

I build a Revell model and Im trying to paint the doors and seats, etc. Semi-gloss black with a brush with a little half bottle of "master model" / Enamel Paint. and its not really working .. at all. is like trying to use watercolor on it .. it's just very streaky .... this is not black. you just see shots of plastic. I thought if I just dd a coat and waited a day or two, I applied another and that would be great. but when I try to do, I think Im just dragged out of the old paint, and move it just create another bullet plastic to be seen. any help? Spray Paint? how the hell does anyone ask someone to a game of paint Spray a 2-inch black bears, and the other party's money is? ... That's impossible. Do I need to paint acrylic base? cause Ive built 5-6 + models, and ive always painted all my interior, and everything was fine. but I think I used the acrylic? I just can not remember ..

So, first wash all parts of your model in warm water and dish soap, rinse and let dry on towels. ALWAYS wash your hands before working on any model ... If possible, buy cotton gloves or latex. Finger oils and mold release agent silicon can really ruin paint adhesion. My NEXT guess the problem is inadequate mixing of paint ... I use Testors Model paints Master for 20 years without any problems when mixed properly. It seems that the pigment is at the bottom of the bottle and you're "painting" tinged with black thin! Sincerely, you CAN spraying small parts like that. You just need to make a reflection / preparedness to build the model! An example, I sprayed the seats and interior door black, then put on blue Masking Tape on the door panel, trim up with a Xacto knife and then paint the color inside the car. When I build a model, I often spray airbrush or 85% of the model before even removing parts of the bunch! GOOD LUCK.
